What states do you ship to?

We ship to most states across the U.S. However, due to varying state liquor laws, there are select regions where direct-to-consumer alcohol shipping is prohibited. Any restrictions will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your zip code.

What happens if I miss the delivery?

Carriers will typically attempt delivery three times. If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to us. A return shipping fee and a restocking fee may apply.

The 21+ Adult Signature Requirement (Strictly Enforced)

Because we ship alcoholic beverages, law requires that an adult aged 21 or older must be present to sign for the package upon delivery.

Delivery carriers will not leave packages containing alcohol on porches or at doorsteps without a signature.
We highly recommend shipping to a business address if you are away from home during the day.
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Most orders are processed and leave our Brooklyn facility within 1–2 business days.

Delivery times vary by state but typically range from 2 to 7 business days via standard ground shipping. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Weather Holds for Quality Assurance

Extreme heat or freezing temperatures can ruin organic wines and alter the profile of craft spirits. If your delivery route experiences extreme weather, we may automatically place a temporary "Weather Hold" on your shipment to protect your investment. We will notify you immediately if this occurs and ship your order as soon as conditions are safe.
