• Due to the nature of alcoholic beverages and state regulations, all sales are generally considered final.
• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
• Incorrect items shipped due to our error will be replaced at no additional cost.
• We do not accept returns on opened bottles or products damaged due to customer negligence after delivery.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

You agree not to use our website or services for any of the following:
